Senior Manufacturing Manager

• Workforce Leadership: Direct and cultivate a multi-tiered, cross-functional floor workforce spanning shift supervisors, technicians, cell leaders, and operators (footprint exceeding 180 headcount).
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily activities across several precision assembly cells with a relentless focus on Safety, Yield, Cycle Time, 5S, and On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Capacity Planning: Formulate weekly production schedules and mid-to-long-term resource deployment strategies utilizing push-pull methodologies to seamlessly cater to steep demand ramps.
• Technical Problem Solving: Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to troubleshoot and remedy workmanship issues on the floor using a structured, data-driven Poka-Yoke or root-cause engineering approach.
