Danfoss Power Solutions – Fluid Conveyance is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Manufacturing Engineer** to support hydraulic hose manufacturing and rubber processing operations. This role serves as a technical leader for process improvement, equipment performance, scrap reduction, safety enhancements, and product quality.

The Senior Engineer will serve as the **Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RMF** , lead major equipment projects—including the **new rubber mixer** and the **new calender installation** —and provide advanced leadership in process capability.
