Vickerstock are recruiting for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our client based in the Dungannon area. The Senior ME will be responsible for reviewing processes and procedures across the organisation with the purpose to refine and improve the levels of efficiency and performance. You will have the responsibility of end-to-end change management including ensuring that our people will successfully change their current ways of working to achieve the optimum performance.

As this is a Senior role, you will need to utilise different change management and continuous improvement tools, encourage and empower people, mentor and coach people to ensure the improvements are embedded as part of our clients culture.
