My client are a precision manufacturing business, based in Birmingham, specialising in machining and assembly of high value low volume components. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the development and implementation of multi-axis machining processes within the machine shop.

The role combines digital process development, structured verification and on-shift technical support to ensure stable, production-ready manufacturing solutions are delivered to a consistently high standard.
