The Opportunity:

The Senior Manufacturing Digital Engineer role focuses on developing, implementing, and continuously improving digital solutions that strengthen safety, quality, reliability, and productivity across manufacturing operations at our Cape Girardeau (Missouri) Family Care Plant. In this position, you will -
+ Design and deploy new digital capabilities, standardize scalable approaches, and optimize existing tools and processes to deliver measurable business value.
+ Connect Engineering, Information Technology / Operational Technology (IT/OT), and Operations with plant and enterprise digital systems. This role identifies high-value data from PLCs, HMIs, and other OT sources, then designs, implements, and configures secure data pipelines to MDF, Edge-to-Cloud, AI Factory, and other higher-level platforms.
