Job Description
Lead RBC’s Procurement Legal Team as a Managing Counsel based in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on strategic legal advice, particularly for high-risk procurement transactions involving SaaS and AI solutions.
As a senior leader in the Procurement Legal Team, you will guide a diverse group of lawyers. Your key responsibilities include advising on contract interpretation, legal risks, and oversight of supplier relationships. You’ll also mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with procurement leaders on critical third-party transactions while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
