The Patient Support Service Manager / Senior Manager
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Patient Service Assistants.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance goals and conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Manage team schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts.
- Address and resolve team conflicts and performance issues.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for PSAs.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration within the PSA team and with other departments.
- Oversee the patient reception process, ensuring efficient and timely patient registration, check‑in, and check‑out.
