Senior Manager, Wind Construction

The role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of one of Vena Energy Philippines’ recently initiated Wind projects while ensuring the project is on time, on budget, and within scope. The candidate must adhere to and implement Vena’s standards of leadership in Health, Safety, Security & Environment procedures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Initiating – participate in the tendering/contracting process of the project and the designation of OE Planning – secure Vena’s interests are satisfied in the planning of activities for TSA and BOP works.
• Executing – secure that projects are implemented as per Vena’s requirements, facilitate issue resolution, lead the project team including OE through project changes.
• Monitoring and Controlling – monitor the progress of the project, manage the project’s budget, ensure key milestones are reached, and compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance. ...
