**Role description**

**The opportunity**
Unity is seeking a strong UX Design Leader to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Marketplace organization. This is a high-impact leadership role with a broad scope, overseeing the end-to-end journey from the first marketing touchpoint to the deepest layers of our commerce and learning ecosystems.

You will lead a global team of talented UX designers, shaping how millions of creators discover, learn about, and purchase Unity's suite of products and services.
