As Senior Manager, T&O New Employee Programs, Talent and Experience, you will own, design, deliver and continuously evolve a cohesive, high-impact experience for new employees in Technology & Operations (T&O). Reporting to the Director, T&O New Talent Programs, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead programming that empowers new employees with the knowledge, tools, and network to succeed in their roles. The experience spans the first 6-12 months from the employee’s start date, accelerating time-to-productivity, integrating them into our community and culture, as well as strengthening engagement and belonging. Here are the exciting details: Experience Design & Architecture
