Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team of Systems, Hardware, Firmware, SW Engineers, Test Engineers, Supply Chain Operations, and other stakeholders from concept to deployment.
• Develop and manage technical program plans, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, regulatory compliance, and product performance goals.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Experience Designers to define the product, solidify the business case, author specifications, and negotiate with Business Development and Legal.
