 As our next Senior Manager, Talent & Learning Supply Chain, you will play a key role in strengthening the capabilities and performance of Supply Chain teams by designing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives, including those tailored to service center environments. This role partners with leaders and HR to build inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces, drive engagement, and enable growth through targeted development, coaching, and talent planning.

Additionally, this position leads and coordinates core talent processes across the employee lifecycle, such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, to ensure a robust and integrated approach to developing and retaining critical capabilities.Key Responsibilities May include:
