Senior Manager Strategic Planning

The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning supports the CEO Office and Chief of Staff in driving strategic alignment across the Group, between HQ and Operating Companies (OpCos), and in interactions with the Board and Board Office.

The role is the central owner of the quality, consistency, and coherence of content produced by the CEO Office. It requires the ability to absorb large volumes of information from multiple functions, synthesize diverse perspectives into clear executive narratives, and ensure that all outputs accurately reflect Group priorities. Whether preparing Board materials, drafting CEO and Chairman letters, or shaping the content agenda for leadership events, the individual ensures that information is well‑structured, aligned, and ready for executive audiences.
