Job Title: Engineering Manager Function: Supply Chain Sub-Function: Manufacturing Location: Kalurghat Factory, Chattogram, Bangladesh Work Level: WL - 2A/2B Job Purpose: • Lead the development of systems and assigned personnel to improve the effectiveness of engineering and maintenance services to achieve continuous improvement in plant reliability and operating results. Work to continuously reduce unplanned downtime and equipment failure. • Leads the development and execution of strategies to enhance product offerings and optimize manufacturing processes to deliver additional value to business.
