Overview

Zameen is looking to hire skilled professionals for its Senior Manager - Project Sales.

Responsibilities

• The applicant selected for this opening will be tasked with selling project property units, visiting clients, giving demonstrations, carrying out site visits, and closing deals.
• Effectively communicating project sales offers, following up with clients for deal maturation and healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns), renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual performance levels.
• Developing a team, driving sales revenue, and managing project units.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Real Estate (preferably).
• Good knowledge of the Lahore area.
• Ability to develop and lead a sales team.
