Advanced Clinical is supporting a global biotech organisation in the search for a Senior Manager, R&D Outsourcing, to join their global Procurement and Business Operations function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outsourcing and contracting professional with strong expertise in CRO/vendor management, clinical outsourcing, and R&D contract negotiations in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full contracting lifecycle for outsourced R&D services and strategic projects

• Lead vendor identification, RFI/RFP processes, proposal evaluations, and contract negotiations

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, Work Orders, Change Orders, budgets, and rate cards
