Senior manager, program management

The Senior Program Manager is the strategic lead responsible for the overall execution, governance, and optimization of the ISV Marketplace Project. This role oversees the entire 18-person team, orchestrates the transition of regional operations (US, EMEA, APAC), and holds accountability for slashing the Time to Onboard (TTO) from a 40-70 day baseline down to the targeted 12-day milestone via automated engineering.
Experience: 12–15 years of experience managing global transformation programs, cloud operations, enterprise Saa S ecosystems, or large‐scale operational delivery engagements.
Proven track record of managing large‐scale, global program management organizations (PMO) within cloud computing or enterprise Saa S ecosystems.
Expertise in agile methodologies, process re‐engineering, and managing digital transformation initiatives (specifically migrating manual workflows to AI/automated pipelines).
