We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Product Growth team at Factorial, one of Europe's fastest growing SaaS companies.

About the Role

The Product Growth team owns the entire customer journey within the product — acquisition, self‑serve, activation, expansion and retention. In this role you will be accountable for how users experience Factorial from the very first moment and will define how AI replaces traditional UX, guidance, and onboarding flows in a complex B2B product.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing and managing multiple product initiatives to drive impact
• Leading Product‑Led Growth initiatives such as product trials, self‑serve onboarding and cross‑selling
• Building strong relationships and coordinating cross‑functional projects
• Rethinking how software is built in an AI‑native world and shaping future product experience
