Senior Manager, Product Design (Foundations)

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead Foundations Design at Jobber. This is a player‑coach role. You’ll lead a small team of designers while also contributing directly to the evolution of our design system and foundational product experiences. That means setting direction, coaching people, and staying close to the work—shaping components, patterns, documentation, and standards that support quality at scale. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product design to make sure our systems solve real product problems and are built to help teams move faster. This role is a strong fit for someone who cares deeply about craft, has a systems mindset, and knows how to lead with both clarity and action.

• Lead design for Jobber’s Foundations team, shaping the systems that support scalable, consistent product experiences.
• Manage and support a small team of designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
