We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our Pricing team as Senior Manager, Pricing Operations. This role sits at the centre of how pricing is delivered across the bank, combining people leadership, commercial decision‑making, and governance oversight.

This role is based in Auckland, with a centrally located Britomart office and a hybrid working model that supports balance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Leading and developing the Pricing Desk team, driving performance and capability uplift
• Overseeing pricing escalations and ensuring balanced and transparent decision‑making
• Continuous improvement of pricing governance, risk management, and control frameworks
• Building strong relationships across product, distribution, and customer‑facing teams
• Contributing to pricing strategy and translating this into effective execution across the business
