Senior Manager PMO

+ The role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities – distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business priorities

+ PMO (Project Management) **:**
+ Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
+ End-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:
+ Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same leveraging analytical techniques
+ Conceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and support functions
+ Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders
+ Establish project management structure
+ Finalize roadmap (What, Who, When)
+ Ensure implementation through robust monitoring
+ Ensure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to share progress update and seek feedback/ inputs
