Position Overview

The Senior Manager - Operations & QA will oversee major parts of DoctorC’s pharma and supplements portfolio. You will manage our network of external Contract Manufacturing Organizations, run our omnichannel supply chain (B2B Pharmacy + B2C E-commerce + B2B Retail distribution) and serve as the final authority for Quality Assurance (QA) and licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• CMO Governance & QA: Audit and qualify external CMOs. Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) to authorize product release. Decide the right Method of Analysis for independent lab testing of each product.
