The Sr. Manager, People Operations will shape the future of People Ops, simplifying workflows, embracing automation and AI, and building systems that enable people to spend less time on processes and more time on meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual work, and improve service delivery across global teams.
• Partner with People Technology & Analytics to design scalable process and system solutions that improve employee and manager experiences.
