POSITION: SENIOR OUTSOURCED OPERATIONS MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Operations Manager, Outsourced Operations, reports directly to the Head of Operations in the Philippines and is accountable for the end-to-end management of the company’s outsourced manufacturing operations in the Philippines. This Senior Manager role leads operational execution, escalates and resolves challenges in partnership delivery, embeds continuous improvement, and models the company’s high-performance culture and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all outsourced manufacturing operations across the companys' categories (Floor Care, Beauty, and others) within the region, delivering high-mix, complex products to world-class standards.
