This is a high‑impact role created to support the scale‑up of Lam Research’s Malaysia. The successful candidate will onboard initially through programme and escalation management. This is not a supervisory generalist role — it requires an operator‑level leader who can drive containment, direct cross‑functional traffic, and model what senior leadership looks like for a growing organisation.
