Position Overview
Manages all assigned physical, human, and capital resources for a large multi-line facility or multiple facilities within an assigned geography of a business group or segment. 
Key Responsibilities 
Organizes and leads operating teams to create a positive environment with development opportunities, growth, and motivation to achieve business objectives.
Develops, executes, and controls annual manpower, capital, and operating plans.
Ensures facilities are operated safely and efficiently to comply with all internal policies, procedures and standards and with OSHA, EPA and all other applicable State and Federal regulations.
Monitor performance against annual plans and operating standards and goals to report status and take corrective actions as needed.
Ensures effective receipt, storage, and handling of all products; maintaining necessary records and accurate inventories.
