The Services Leadership team is responsible for driving operational excellence business predictability, and for leading and scaling the EMEA Services function. They will own the operational framework, tools, and reporting for EMEA, and will ensure process standardisation and the evolution from multiple country‑level forecasts to a single, unified EMEA Services forecast, supported by consistent processes, tools, and data.
