Senior Manager of Hospital Outreach Operations Strategy

Job Description
A client of Insight Global’s is looking for a Senior Manager to oversee the team's outreach operations strategy. This role will lead a group of Dialysis Transition Managers focused on improving the patient transition experience from hospital to outpatient dialysis. This person will act as both a strategic leader and operational owner, driving evolution of the outreach program while managing and developing the team. They will own and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, including launching pilot programs, improving operational processes, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency within the hospital ecosystem. The role is highly cross-functional, partnering with clinical, operational, and technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
