Senior Manager – OEC

The Sr. Manager OEC monitoring will provide advice and counsel on matters of compliance and ethical business practices.

**Primary Job Function**

+ Abbott is currently seeking an experienced professional to drive deployment of complex elements of Abbott’s compliance program for EPD division for India.

**Key job requirements include:**

+ Work quickly to understand Abbott business structures, practices, Compliance policies and procedures to provide policy and documentation advice.
+ Act as a trusted advisor by aligning with business objectives while balancing risk, delivering operational guidance for routine activities in line with Abbott policy requirements, and building capability to transition toward a more strategic advisory role.
