The Business Systems Manager demonstrates the following competencies and observable behaviors to ensure successful delivery of ERP initiatives. Deep hands‑on understanding of Mic rosoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations/Customer Engagement), data model, extensions, and ALM. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Power BI/Fabric for enterprise analytics, data modeling, DAX, and governance. Microsoft Azure services (App Service, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure AD/Entra ID) and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD). Database and integration: SQL Server, data warehousing concepts, REST/JSON, OData, SOAP, and secure API design. JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front‑end frameworks for ERP‑related customizations and portals. Ideally, working knowledge of SAP Concur (expense, travel, invoice) integrations and Sapience platform configuration and data flows.
