Senior Manager - Network Security& Infra

*Responsibilities:*

* Lead a team of network architects and engineers to manage and operate the organization's IT network and security infrastructure across both IT and OT environments. Ensure network architecture aligns with internal standards and industry best practices.

* Define and drive the strategic direction and long-term roadmap for IT network technologies and services.

* Establish a robust operations model aimed at achieving ultra-high availability targets (e.g. Five 9s - 99.999%). Ensure critical IT network services are consistently available to minimize disruptions to customer-facing systems or internal services.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align service level objectives (SLOs/SLAs). Set expectations across departments and project teams to ensure transparency and enable effective planning.

* Promote a results-oriented culture within the team by defining clear KPIs and measuring delivery and performance against them.
