Senior Manager - Material Flow & Packaging Engineering

• Plan, Develop & Execute Thailand Transformation Projects in addition to MFPE Operations for all current
programs for Thailand, AAT, KDC, FVL & New ASEAN Projects to meet MP&L/ Corporate objectives
• Drive MP&L Engineering to get the Best EBIT, FLOW, Material Stream and most efficient L&OH
• Drive to Modernize Current & Future Programs, Improve E2E Digitization & IOT
• Lead Work Streams and drive Cross Functional Kaizens for effective Problem Solving to Eliminate waste,
improve flow, Improve Quality and Customer Focused Deliverance
• Drive E2E TVM / Cost Efficiency Actions to meet Stretch Deliverables of Corporate Objectives
• Manage a robust People Plan with a key focus on team development, training & skilling for future
• Drive
• Have a deep knowledge of Excellence, Focus and Collaboration in Ford Performance +, apart from strong
