Job Summary
:Support the Director, Customer Value Growth & Agency Activation, in driving business planning, performance management and governance for the department, while coordinating strategic planning, budgeting and executive reporting across the Customer, Marketing & Product division. The role ensures effective planning, performance tracking and cross-functional coordination to support the successful delivery of divisional priorities.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate business planning and performance management for the Customer Value Growth & Agency Activation department, while supporting the annual strategic planning process across the Customer, Marketing & Product division.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process for the Customer, Marketing & Product division, including budget consolidation, tracking, forecasting and monitoring of expenditure against approved budgets.
