Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering

A growing clean-tech company is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineering leader to own outsourced manufacturing quality, supplier execution, and engineering change control for their smart hardware products.

This role sits at the center of engineering, suppliers, and production - ensuring products are built correctly, consistently, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Lead supplier manufacturing quality and process control across contract manufacturers
• Own ECO/ECN execution, BOM accuracy, and engineering revision control
• Manage product data and releases through PLM systems
• Qualify and improve supplier manufacturing processes (PCB, plastics, metal fabrication)
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and yield improvement initiatives
• Support NPI, production ramp-up, and ongoing manufacturing performance
• Act as escalation point for supplier quality and production issues
