Senior Manager M&A Finance

**Your role:**
+ Lead Finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, integrations and carve-outs with complexity, acting as the Finance lead within the M&A project team.
+ Support Finance input into M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, Integration Due Diligence, valuation support, business case alignment and Purchase Agreement input.
+ Support the definition and execution of the Finance integration strategy for acquisitions in close collaboration with Business Finance leadership and the PMO.
+ Drive Finance disentanglement activities for divestments and carve-outs from planning through execution and operational handover.
+ Coordinate Finance activities across specialist Finance functions such as Accounting & Reporting, Internal Control, Treasury, Tax and Finance Operations to ensure effective delivery.
