Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of this role is to support Senior Director, Legal and Compliance, South East Asia and Pacific.

The role will primarily focus on all types of legal and compliance matters and advice in the South East Asia (SEA) cluster, comprising Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam, but concentrating from day to day on Indonesia and Malaysia. The role involves direct interaction with the SEA Legal Team based in Singapore, Indonesia Country Management Team, commercial teams in the SEA cluster and countries, as well as those in the Emerging Markets Hub and Global.
Key Responsibilities:

General Legal
Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of contracts and correspondence.

Providing legal support and advice on various issues in the company’s daily business and operations, including but not limited to general commercial, employment law, compe...
