Role / Qualification
The role requires a professional with strong technical and operational expertise in EMC and RF/Wireless testing within the TIC industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / ECE / EEE
12 to 14+ years of experience in Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC), specifically in EMC and Wireless domains
In-depth knowledge of EMC standards (CISPR, IEC 61000) and Wireless technologies (RF, OTA, SAR)
Strong understanding of accreditation requirements including ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, A2 LA, TEC, BIS, IAS
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset

Will be responsible for end-to-end laboratory operations management, ensuring efficient utilization, quality compliance, and customer-centric delivery.
