As the Senior Manager, IT Project Management, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and maturing the Project Management Office (PMO) across the Canadian IT organization. You will be accountable for defining and executing the PMO strategy, leading geographically distributed teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure, application, and enterprise technology initiatives.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership - championing industry best practices while driving consistent execution across 3 business divisions in Hamilton (WESCAM), Montreal (MAPPS), and Mirabel (MAS).
