Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong focus on the Supply Chain domain.
• 5+ years of formal people leadership experience in a technical environment, with a proven track record of managing and developing both managers and senior individual contributors.
• Balanced Leader (50/50 Business & Technical): You possess a deep, credible understanding of the SAP Supply Chain ecosystem (EWM, TM, WM) but your core strength is in people leadership, process management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven Delivery Experience: Demonstrable success leading the technical delivery of large-scale, complex enterprise projects in partnership with Business, Product and PMO organizations.
