(Senior) Manager, Operational Readiness & Assurance Excellence

Location: Kilpilahti/Porvoo*, Finland or Rotterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid model with at least three days per week in office.

* Kilpilahti is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. We provide free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas.

Your role in our team

As part of the Project Excellence team, you will focus on development, governance, and capability building rather than direct project execution. Your responsibilities include:

• Global Framework Development – develop and structure global OR&A principles, standards, and work guidelines to equip project teams with world‑class tools.
• Implementation & Change Management – drive the global rollout and adoption of OR&A practices using structured Organizational Change Management methods, coaching and aligning project teams to new ways of working.
