(Senior) Manager, Investment Project Excellence

The (Senior) Manager, Operational Readiness & Assurance Excellence will develop global OR&A frameworks to embed operability, maintainability, and reliability into early project phases and increase startup predictability and lifecycle value. The role drives global rollout and adoption of OR&A practices using structured change management, coaching project teams, and implementing assurance reviews and KPIs to secure sustainable improvements. The position interfaces across Neste’s global businesses and functions to bridge projects and operations and is based in Kilpilahti/Porvoo, Finland or Rotterdam, Netherlands with a hybrid model requiring at least three days per week in the office. Applicants should hold a Master’s degree with extensive OR&A and capital project experience, strong advisory and change-management skills, full professional English, and project management certification (e.g., PMP/IPMA) is an advantage.
