Senior Manager, IMCR

We are looking for a **Senior Manager, IMCR (Incident Management and Crisis Resolution)** to support our North America Operating Unit (NAOU).

The Senior Manager, IMCR plays a critical role in ensuring effective management and resolution of incidents and crises across the North America Operating Unit (NAOU). This role will ensure incident resolution through clear communication, efficient coordination, and collaboration with stakeholders, while maintaining urgency, compliance with the company's IMCR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Incidents and crises may span diverse areas including product integrity, safety of people and infrastructure, environmental sustainability, regulatory compliance, brand reputation, and supply chain continuity.
