Job Description

As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Human Resources professional with at least 20 years' experience with a mining industry for the job of Senior Manager Human Resources. The job is based in Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 
Reporting to the HR Director
Deploys and implements the HR Strategy and prioritize HR projects, in line with the business, corporate and HR strategy
Drives the HR Operating Model in the compnay, standardization and harmonization of processes and conditions in the Group, including change management, standardization and harmonization of HR practices
Responsible for annual HR budget, follow up of actual costs and for taking applicable actions when required from a cost perspective
