Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and people leader supporting multiple functions within the India Global Capability Center of Albertsons Companies, a leading U.S.-based grocery retailer. This role is responsible for driving the HR strategy for the GCC, aligning people plans with business priorities, enabling organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture.

The Sr. Manager HRBP will collaborate with leaders in both India and the U.S. to deliver an exceptional colleague experience, ensure compliance with India labor regulations, and support the GCCs continued growth and capability maturation.
