<p>Job Description</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end execution of early-stage and Series A fundraises</li> <li>Independently source and close mandates with minimal oversight</li> <li>Manage founder and investor relationships at senior levels</li> <li>Build and lead a team of analysts and associates</li> <li>Leverage a strong network of VC/PE funds and family offices</li>
</ul> <p>What We’re Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Closed 10+ VC/PE deals, ideally Series A and early-growth</li> <li>Proven ability to source and close mandates independently</li> <li>Deep network across VCs, PEs, and family offices (domestic + global)</li> <li>Strong dealmaking and founder engagement experience</li> <li>Track record of managing high-performing teams</li>
