Role Summary
Senior QS responsible for end-to-end commercial control of multiple ongoing projects including contractor billing verification, quantity validation, extra item & variation management, cost monitoring, and coordination with Projects and Finance teams. The role ensures commercial compliance, cost protection, and timely bill processing as per contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contractor Billing & Certification
Detailed verification of RA Bills and Final Bills with supporting documents.
Cross-checking executed quantities with BOQ, approved drawings, site measurements, and contract conditions.
Validation of rates as per agreement, approved extras, and work orders.
Checking material reconciliation (cement, steel, major materials).
Ensuring proper deductions (Retention, GST, TDS, LD, advance recovery, etc.).
