Senior Manager - Founder's Office

We're hiring a Senior Manager – Founder's Office to work directly with the Founder/CEO and the central Centre of Excellence (COE) team at Pepper Content. This role partners closely with our US business and leadership, so you'll be working US hours (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST) from our Mumbai office . This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, runs hard at problems, and turns founder-level priorities into shipped outcomes. You'll own cross-functional programs spanning AI transformation, GTM, operations, and strategy — and you'll be measured on what gets done, not what gets discussed.

Location & Hours

Base location: Mumbai (in-office).

Working hours: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM IST, aligned to US business hours, Monday–Friday.
