About the Role

AHA! Behavioral Design is looking for aSenior Manager for Operations and Finance who will lead the charge in ensuring that our internal operations are strategic, compliant, and efficient. If you have a passion for systems-thinking, team leadership, and backend operations that fuel social impact work, this might be for you.

You’ll manage our Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Legal (FAAL) team, as well as our internal operations staff handling procurement, HR processes, and support systems. You'll work closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and unit heads to optimize service delivery across the organization.
