Role Overview
Provides strategic leadership over the Company's financial management, governance, and performance. Oversees end-to-end finance operations while partnering with senior leadership and Business Units to drive sustainable growth, financial discipline, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership of the Company's finance function, including accounting, internal controls, taxation, treasury, reporting, and performance management.
• Establish, review, and enhance financial policies, governance frameworks, and internal controls to support organizational strategy and compliance.
• Direct the development and continuous improvement of financial systems, reporting standards, and management dashboards to enable executive-level decision-making.
