Senior Manager, Finance & Accounts

This managerial position is responsible for managing the financial health and performance of the Company and maintaining a proper & up to date accounting records in compliance to company law, accounting standards and other statutory requirements. This role includes managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure optimal financial efficiency and compliance with regulations. The Manager leads the finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing statements, managing cash flow, and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, the Manager provides financial insights to support decision-making, manages relationships with external auditors, and ensures accurate and timely tax filings. The Manager impalements appropriate internal controls or systems to safe guard company's asset. Key duties also include managing assets, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring that financial controls are in place to mitigate risk.
